Now recognised as the biggest and best trade show in the Eastern region, Local Flavours is back by demand and promises to deliver once again an event focused on connecting food and drink producers with buyers from hospitality, catering, food retail, tourism and so many more. We hunt down buyers locally and from across the UK, targeting those who are committed to supporting (buying from) local producers. We also ensure a good spread of multi-national buyers as well as the smaller businesses owner of delis, farm shops and cafes etc.
From feedback we have shifted hundreds of thousands of pounds of produce for the local industry and we work hard to ensure every stand holder meets with the right type of buyer for them. Many of our producers return year after year as our, sales driven, annual trade show produces results for them – many of them have seen quite a significant return on investment.
Local Flavours work with producers, councils and other businesses to continuously remind buyers (commercial and consumers) of all the goodness they can enjoy from spending their money on locally produced food and drink.
