Exciting New Job Opportunity – Executive Assistant – Royal Norfolk Show

The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA) is seeking to appoint an exceptional person to
help with important areas of administration for the Royal Norfolk Show. This role will focus on the
planning and delivery of high-end hospitality for our commercial customers and RNAA-led hospitality
provided at the Show. The role is based at Norfolk Showground.

Responsibilities
Working at the heart of the Royal Norfolk Show we are looking for a highly capable person who
understands the importance of exceptional customer service and hosting. The individual will work with
the Managing Director and Commercial Development Manager to ensure that hospitality arrangements
are in place and that the needs of our customers and guests are met.
You will have the following responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining sponsor package information, agreements and invoicing (you will not
be required to secure sponsorship).
• Leading the administration for the programme of official RNAA-led hosting.
• Ensuring the RNAA delivers exceptional customer service.
• Liaising with stakeholders and contractors.
• Providing general administrative support to the office-based team.

With an eye for detail, you will instinctively know the type of support we need. You will understand
the importance of outstanding customer service and be able to act with the discretion we require. At the
heart of the Show, you will combine confidence, efficiency and charm to make our customers and guests
feel most welcome.

The RNAA is one of the leading agricultural charities in the UK and exists to promote and support food,
farming and countryside. With a vibrant and supportive membership, it is best known for the Royal
Norfolk Show and many other industry related events and activities. The Royal Norfolk Show is a flagship event and is the largest two-day county show in the UK. Norfolk Showground Limited is our
trading subsidiary and manages the RNAA’s estate, Norfolk Showground, as a successful commercial
and events venue.
